To Mr. Marcelo Ebrard, Major of Mexico City:
The signers of this letter publicly request that you immediate remove from office your employee, ALICIA AZZOLINI BINCAZ, of the Attorney General´s office, for the following reasons:
- For protecting, aiding and abetting pedophiles and child rapists using her position at the Attorney General´s Office of Mexico City (PGJDF)
- For orchestrating a violent campaign of judicial harassment against NGO’s defending women’s human rights. Such is the case of Reintegracion Social A.C., which on Friday November 7th 2008 was illegally raided by Mrs. Azzolini leading forty alleged police officers who hid their identity behind masks and were touting automatic assault rifles. It is public knowledge that we provide temporary shelter for traumatized girls inside our facilities. What is this violent re-victimization attempting to do? To sow panic among minor adolescents and cause another tragedy like the one at the “News Divine”?
- Previously, on October the 30th, Alicia Azzolini appeared at our facilities with visibly armed “policias judiciales”. She lied, saying that she had “a search warrant”, as is recorded on camera. She produced none. That day, she attempted to illegally enter our premises, breaking the law and threatening staff. You can watch the video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CONkH2sz8w&feature=related
- We request the immediate removal of District Attorney Alicia Azzolini for illegally detaining and torturing human rights activists. Such was the case of our volunteer, Vanessa Barroso, illegally detained and tortured for more than 48 hours in a cell at the Procuraduria General de Justicia del Distrito Federal, as officially stated by the Judge of the 64th Criminal Court on November 8th 2008
- For using a public institution like the Procuraduria General de Justicia del Distrito Federal to wage a character assassination campaign against us. These actions violate Mexico’s Constitution and our country’s commitments to the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our NGO is a legally established human rights organization with 14 years of labor providing temporary shelter and legal representation to marginalized and exploited minors. Our work is recognized internationally.
- Mr. Marcelo Ebrard: Alicia Azzolini Bincaz wishes to force a minor named Ilse Michel to return to the same home where she was raped by her own father, uncle and grandfather. Suspiciously, in 4 long years the Mexico City Attorney never put those pedophiles in jail. We have previously stated that the fact that the girl ran away was caused when your irresponsible employee tried to illegally force her to return to live with her rapists. We deplore such barbaric actions.
- We furthermore request that Prosecutor Alicia Azzolini´s nomination to her office and all her ensuing actions be federally investigated. She was born in Argentina. Her being prosecutor is presumably illegal according to the law.
We make Alicia Azzolini Bincaz and the Government of Mexico City responsible for any retaliatory actions, illegal detention and torture against personnel and volunteers of our institution for denouncing these actions publicly.

It is incredible that in Mexico happen this kind of things, in the United States a rapper of a child will be in prison and absolutely for no reason the government would let return the child to his aggressors.
I can’t understand why the government is persecuting voluntaries of a NGO and violate their human rights.
Where are the authorities? Why Mr. Marcelo Ebrard is admitting this kind of things on his city?
I hope that Mr. Marcelo Ebrard open his eyes and can stop immediately this terrible situation.
I saw the videos at youtube and it is very clear all the corruption that involves this case, that is why mexico is one of the most corrupted countries in the world, but looks like Miguel Angel Mancera would be one of the most interested person on apparently resolve the case in any way even inventing a lye of the real facts, maybe he is hiding something, don’t you think?
There’s no reason to treat people like that, where the hell is your president?
This Marcelo Ebrad is a brainless, don’t he looks that there is obviously a corruption minor interests.
Is Alicia Azzolini still been attorney after all this time? Does any authority have given an answer to this NGO?
Mr. Marcelo Ebrard hope you read this comment, you should put in jail all those pedophiles and Azzolini as well for protect them all 4 years long.
How is possible that someone came from Argentina is an attorney in Mexico, maybe I can get a job on your country too.

We saw the demonstration against the protection of pedophiles by Marcelo Ebrard out side the white house and it is incredible that the mayor of this country let happen this kind of things, why is he protecting other politic persons as Mancera and pedophiles maybe he receives a lot of money in this, I also believe that is truth all the things that this people is accusing Mancera, I knew that in México it is very easy to adopt a child if your are foreign just with a good amount of money you can take a child for adoption. I know a family that really want to adopt a Mexican child and when they ask about the requirements the people in charge at the PGJDF toll them that it was very difficult and that the Mexican government ask for to many requirements but with a good amount of money it will be very easy.
In Mexico always happen things like this, never will be different, Ebrard looks like the same kind of corrupted people that once they get the power oppress their citizens.
Why if the NGO has told lot of times in theire demonstrations that tehe mexican goberment had made ilegal adoptions no one do anything, for sure that Mancera is involved otherwise why he dont investigate about the corruption in his own face.
I hope that here in the ONU the personal in charge take care of the notification that you made, we will be very pleaseud on help you and check all this points about your national comission of human rights, we hope to see you soon.G
